Here’s how it works.

    Create Profile

    To start, fill out a customer info form in our starter kit provided next to the DropBox. You may also visit our website to create a profile. If this is your first time using the box, write your name and number and insert it along with your garments into the plastic bag provided. A personalized garment bag will be provided to you after your first order.

    Drop Garments Into Box

    Once we receive your garments, your items will be invoiced under your name and profile. We retrieve items every morning. You will have access to track your items. If you have any special instructions, you may add them to the customer info card or send us a message online through the profile portal.

    Ready For Pick-up or Delivery

    Once your items are ready, you will receive a ready notification. You may come in and visit us during open hours or you may opt to have it delivered to your home or office. Contactless delivery is available.
